Assistant Manager

Support logistics-related relations according to trade agreements Conduct verbal and written translations between Chinese and Mongolian languages Visit different mine sites and locations in Mongolia Communicate with vendors in China regarding product sales and shipment arrangements. Develop, present and promote appropriate safety policy and programs; Offer and ensure continuous improvement of safety in the company aligning with the relevant regulations and legislation; Conduct necessary meetings and training on safety manners to the employees; Assess the risk in the office and warehouse operations and act accordingly; Assist with compliance of HSE procedures, and standard of the Shareholder company;

Human Resources Manager

  Manage and oversee the daily human resources operations of a management company, including recruitment, selection, and employee relations. Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and compliance with labor laws. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. Provide guidance and support on labor relations and workplace policies.
