Send CV in English To administer settlement of invoices and related financial data with the objective to ensure the accurate cash management.Essential Job Functions: • To maintain accurate vouchers in order to support the integrity of accounting records at all times. • To process timely payments in accordance with creditors’ payment terms in order to ensure the project progresses without payment related disruptions. • Ensure that only valid claims from other parties (employees, vendors etc.) are being processed for settlement, • To process and maintain the month end cost closing in order to ensure that all payments are captured within the specified time frame. • To maintain relevant data and spreadsheets required for generation of monthly progress reports in order to meet reporting deadlines. • To maintain and administer accurate records of Company related with payments. • Cooperate with accounting, tax and users personnel for ensuring the accuracy of the settlement, • To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation

Understanding of and experience with site based civil works icludingbut not limited to roads, hardstands, high specification foundations, structural works, and preferably experience in wind farms (or other forms of civil based works for power plant projects); Strong experience with quality control and supervision of civil works; Support development planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of civil work activities and interface with contractors on site. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other work units, local representatives, other engineering disciplines, vendors, Contractors and other stakeholders Responsible for working with the engineering and technical groups ensuring work outputs comply with standards and meets contract requirements Review of civil drawings to ensure completeness and constructability Able to review and understand civil design drawings and specifications. Assist the Project Manager and / or Site Manager in managing the site and construction. Support in preparation of report, letter, presentations, etc

Understanding of and experience with site based electrical works, preferably wind farms (or other forms of power plant projects). Understanding of power plant projects including but not limited to power system protection, power utilization equipment and application considerations including the various types of switchgear, protective relays, breakers, transformers, AC/DC converters and WTG generators Support development planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of electrical work activities and interface with contractors on site. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with other work units, local representatives, other engineering disciplines, vendors, Contractors and other stakeholders Responsible for working with the engineering and technical groups ensuring work outputs comply with standards and meets contract requirements Review of drawings to ensure completeness and constructability Able to review and understand single line diagrams (SDL) and other electrical design drawings and specifications. Assist the Project Manager and / or Site Manager in managing the site and construction. Support in preparation of report, letter, presentations, etc

The role will be the most senior HSE person on the project site, responsible for ensuring that the health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are established and maintained for all of the project activities; The HSE Manager will be supported by the Project Manager, an HSE Officer, a team of Managers, Engineers and Administrators with further support from the Ulaanbaatar office; Manage the HSE Officer and other HSE personnel on the project site; Participate in project site audits, site inspections, creation of corrective actions, ensure close out of corrective actions, and overall responsibility for the HSE compliance of the project; Convene and help manage daily pre-start meetings on site and ensure that all contractors are complying with requirements such as HSE plans, environmental social management plans (ESMPs), the project ESIA, toolbox talks, safe work method statements, hazard observations, etc; and Deployment and management of the project ESIA and associated environmental social management plans during construction and commissioning works.
