Administration Assistant

  Administrative Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations. Ensure activities comply with UPC policies and the laws and regulations of Mongolia. Manage the administrative budget, request quotations, and conduct supplier analysis. Oversee office operations and UPC staff-related expenses. Coordinate with accounting firms and other intercompany specialists. Report administrative and operational performance indicators to management. Support foreign nationals in settling in Mongolia, including assistance with visas, housing, communications, and travel. Monitor procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment. Supervise facility services and coordinate maintenance. Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking. Organize other office operations and events. Translate between Mongolian and English, both written and spoken. Maintain files in a clean and accessible manner. Receive, deliver, and register documents. Organize meetings and welcome guests to the office. Perform other administrative tasks as directed by the Executive Director and UPC staff  

Finance and Accounting Clerk

Send CV in English To administer settlement of invoices and related financial data with the objective to ensure the accurate cash management.Essential Job Functions: • To maintain accurate vouchers in order to support the integrity of accounting records at all times. • To process timely payments in accordance with creditors’ payment terms in order to ensure the project progresses without payment related disruptions. • Ensure that only valid claims from other parties (employees, vendors etc.) are being processed for settlement, • To process and maintain the month end cost closing in order to ensure that all payments are captured within the specified time frame. • To maintain relevant data and spreadsheets required for generation of monthly progress reports in order to meet reporting deadlines. • To maintain and administer accurate records of Company related with payments. • Cooperate with accounting, tax and users personnel for ensuring the accuracy of the settlement, • To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectation

Community Relations Officer

To implement a community engagement program plan, project socialization, manage grievance mechanism and maintain relationships with local community(s) in accordance with the project Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Lender’s requirements and UPC’s requirements. To ensure the implementation of the CSR program, including needs assessment, support on CSR project preparation, etc. The role is to be based in Choir, Govisumber Aimag with occasional requirements to be in Ulaanbaatar and possibly Mandalgovi, Dundgovi Aimag at times.
