You will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations, duties and practices and play an active role on departmental functions.  Key responsibilities:   Performs all secretarial and administrative duties as instructed by the Division Head Ensures efficient filing system for employee files, timely submission of daily & monthly reports, incoming / outgoing files and trace files Updates all filing systems and records all expenses of sales&marketing Liaises with the Purchasing Officer on all purchase requisition issued & expedites the delivery of maintenance items and/or services Responsible for the divisions’ duty roster, leave & overtime recording and tracking in line with the payroll system Coordinate daily office related activities & accurate document processing

Hygiene Officer

Under the guidance and supervision of the Hygiene Manager, you are responsible in assisting the Executive Chef & Director of Food & Beverage in driving all activities aiming to ensure the highest level of Food & Safety to all external and internal guests. You also ensure that all food preparation & service areas conform to the minimum hygiene requirements as per the local authorities and HACCP guidelines.      Designs and implements an internal audit system for all work areas in order to daily and periodically ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines. Conducts basic HCCP training to all staff and insures all food handlers are certified in HACCP as required. Reports audit findings to the concerned Service Executive and follow up on corrective actions.

Service Leader – Accountant Under the guidance and supervision of the Assistant Financial Controller – you are responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate finance and administrative operations by complying with the corporate standards and policies. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures of general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will be ensuring the accurate and timely preparation and payment of all general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The Accountant must have a complete knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, chart of accounts, and receiving and purchasing operations.

Events Coordinator

Under the guidance and supervision of the Director Sales / Events Managers or any assigned Manager, the Events Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the event selling and operations process including external and internal documentation preparation and distribution, such as Proposal Letter, Letter of Agreement or BEO, etc.  He/she is also responsible to assist Events Managers or assigned Manager in all aspect related to events. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   Handles incoming telephone calls and inquiries Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence Assists assigned manager to prepare and distribute all external and internal documents, such as Proposal letter, Letter of Agreement or BEO etc. Up-keeps departmental filing and tracing system for all catering related information and documents such as Menu, Group Files, and proposals. Maintains the office tidiness and ensuring sufficient office supply and equipment maintenance Maintains good business relationship and rapport with clients Provides clerical support to the Events Managers or assigned Manager Assists Director of Events to maintain up-to-date information and reports contained in the Events Management Manual
