Participate in business planning and define and implement business growth strategies.
Perform comprehensive market research to identify new trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities in the wine market.
Develop, update, and improve the company’s marketing strategy, promote products and services, and increase sales.
Organize and plan the activation of social media and digital marketing channels, including content planning and development.
Continuously pay attention to product/service value, delivery, customer satisfaction, and promptly address suggestions and complaints by ensuring active and efficient communication with customers and employees.
Represent the company in a proper and responsible manner, advise and ensure coordination with management and employees, and express a unified stance towards customers and clients, while fostering cooperation.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wine industry.
Strong understanding of the wine market and consumer trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
