Assistance to Managing Director: provide high quality English translation (oral and written), inform of any matter MD has not been informed, organize business trips, Mongolian visa extension, welcome and see off MD when required
Administrative management: Provide administrative and clerical support, assisting the management for running the company’s daily activities in the back office.
Human Resource management: responsible for recruitment, hiring process, labor relations, HR planning and performance management, and on-boarding process.
Job requirements
Profile & Experience
Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
University education or above. Excellent English skill, and strong English / Mongolian interpretation skills is required. Major in English, Administration is preferred;
Knowledge of French is a plus, but not must.
Executive assistant experience in a Global Corporation environment is preferred and strong administrative and basic project coordination skills is a plus;
Highly organized and detail oriented. Can work proactively in anticipating and resolving problems;
Must have the ability to work accurately, with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a fast-paced environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient computer skills; particularly with MS word, Excel and Power Point;
