• Develop and implement a business plan to diversify and decentralize MRCS’s income-generating activities.
• Build partnerships with local companies and lead sales and marketing efforts.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality CFA services, including certification and quality assurance.
• Manage budgets, finances, and prepare regular financial reports.
• Maintain and grow a client database, monitoring customer engagement.
• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and build partnerships.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing and financial management.
• Strong skills in planning, coordination, and organization.
• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
• Sales and marketing experience, ideally in event marketing.
• Knowledge of the humanitarian sector and Commercial First Aid training is a plus!
• Mongolian and English proficiency required.
