• Represent Newcom LLC and its subsidiaries in all legal matters, including proceedings before courts and relevant authorities
• Provide strategic legal advice and full-spectrum legal services across the Newcom Group.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with Mongolian laws and corporate policies.
• Liaise with government agencies, external counsel, and partner organizations on behalf of the company.
• Manage and oversee legal disputes and represent the company in litigation, arbitration, and administrative processes

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Successful completion of the national bar examination is advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and civil law.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong command of English
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.
• Proficient in standard office software and legal research tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
