• Receive incoming phone calls/queries from parents and stakeholders, dealing with ad-hoc
queries.
• Resolve queries and questions (liaising and receiving guidance from relevant members of
the school team for assistance as appropriate)
• Receive incoming goods/mail/ deliveries and forward these to appropriate team members
at school.
• General administrative activities including communications to staff and parents
• Relevant experience within the Education sector
• Experience working in a Customer Service role Skills
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and deliver against several priorities
• Approachability and willingness to help (solution orientated)
• Confident and calm in handling questions and queries.
