We are currently seeking passionate Programme Manager who is dedicated to making a lasting impact in their communities and playing a pivotal role in transforming the lives of young people in Mongolia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the programme daily operations
• Manage and lead the team of YRR programme
• Make strategic action plan to meet programme’s outcome
• Monitor and evaluate programme’s impact
• Regular communications with the donor organisation
• Other duties required by the programme needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Strong adherence to professional ethics and organizational culture.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and evaluate outcomes effectively.
• Strong teaching and mentoring abilities.

About Programme:

The Christina Noble Children's Foundation (CNCF) is a UK-registered, non-governmental, non-political, international humanitarian organization. We are committed to child protection, education, and healthcare, supporting the most vulnerable communities and children in Mongolia.

The CNCF Youth Rehabilitation and Reintegration Programme was redeveloped in 2024 with funding from the Lorinet Foundation and will run for three years. This initiative aims to provide vocational training and psychosocial support to young individuals during their rehabilitation and reintegration process. Our ultimate goal is to collaborate with government stakeholders to promote holistic support for incarcerated youth and drive systemic change.
