Responsible for managing all document to the Mongolian government and ensuring compliance with Mongolian, Mining and Mineral laws and regulations, also other law and regulations that relation with Mine operation under the supervision of the General Manager.

• Response for Mine planning, assessing the feasibility and productivity;
• Coordinate with the feasibility study and resource estimation contractor to facilitate the submission of the feasibility study report to government;
• Possess thorough knowledge of the document submission process and timelines through close collaboration with government authorities;
• Prepare, review, and submit required documentation to government agencies, including mining licenses, permits, and operational reports;
• Lead the preparation and submission of applications for exploration and mining licenses, water use permits, land access agreements, and other regulatory approvals.

• BS or MS degree in Mining Engineer;
• TOEIC above 500 or equivalent level;
• Capable to write mining report in English;
• At least 10 years’ experience in mine engineering related to mining laws and regulations;
• Positive engagement with government stakeholders;
• Competent in both general office productivity tools and technical mining software (Autocad, Mcromine, etc);
• Accuracy and teamwork ability;
• Certified Engineer- Мэргэшсэн инженер.
