Key Responsibilities:

• Lead guided tours, providing historical, cultural, and factual information about the destination.

• Engage guests with interesting narratives, answering questions, and ensuring a fun experience.

• Plan and organize itineraries, ensuring smooth logistics and time management.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants.

• Adapt tour content based on audience interests, age groups, and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with other team members, local vendors, and transportation services.

• Stay updated on new attractions, historical facts, and changes in tour routes.

• Handle any emergencies or unexpected situations professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a tour guide or in customer service is preferred.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.

• Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods.

• Knowledge of local history, culture, and geography.

• First aid certification is a plus.
