Spare Parts Coordinator
Job description
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, ensuring accuracy with purchase orders.
- Organize and store items with proper labeling.
- Pick, pack, and ship parts accurately and on time, preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks responsibly.
- Support inventory counts and audits, follow all safety procedures, and participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
Job requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus;

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred;

Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);

Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems is a plus;

Forklift certification is preferred but can be provided as part of the training;

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;
