TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER
Job description
- Consistently inform to the Batch Plant Leaders at OТ about the inventory of imported products in Ulaanbaatar on a daily and weekly basis.
- Provide professional advice on products, including developing mix designs, optimizing mix designs, making adjustments, and offering professional advice on seasonal repairs in concrete mixtures.
- Provide professional advice, assistance, and support in testing and product development.
- Immediately inform to Batch Plant Leaders at OТ of any changes to the product, including changes, updates, packaging, labeling, technical data, and hazard reference materials.
- Notify Batch Plant Leaders at OT of any quality issues related to the product and work according to the instructions given.
- Provide information to Batch Plant Leaders at OТ regarding the transportation of products and progress along the way.
- Maintain a record of the daily inventory of products on the site and report to Batch Plant Leaders at OТ.
- Hand over the product’s documents (Packing List and Quality Certificates) at the site.
- Conduct inspections of the spray and cast concrete supplied to the underground mine at the end-user's site and report to the Batch Plant Leaders at OТ.
- Serve as a quality staff member who is well acquainted with the characteristics of the product and evaluates them.
- The execution of work responsibilities is not limited to the above and may involve additional support as required for tasks assigned by OТ Batch Plant Leaders
Job requirements

Degree in Construction or Chemical Engineering or similar field

EFNARC Accredited Nozzleman and Examiner Injection & Anchoring experience

Underground Mining and Industry knowledge

Experience with concrete technologies including admixtures and concrete repair and protection will be delivered.
- The candidate must be self-motivated and disciplined and be cognizant with admixtures and construction for underground mining.
- Technical selling ability
- Fluent in English
Additional information
- Hourly wage salary + In cases where work is performed on a rotational basis in rural areas, additional payments such as site allowance, overtime pay, night shift pay, fieldwork allowance, and underground mining allowance will be provided in accordance with legal regulations, depending on the working conditions
- Available for a 14-day remote work schedule, followed by 14 days off.
