The Construction Manager oversees and organizes mining project construction activities, ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and at a high-quality standard. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in mining infrastructure development, engineering, and contract management.

• Construction Management: Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects within time and budget constraints
• Contract Management: Develop, review, negotiate, and monitor contract execution
• Field Supervision: Ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards at construction sites
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the long-term and short-term planning of mining infrastructure
• Risk Management: Identify risks associated with construction and contracts and develop mitigation strategies
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and construction regulations
• Performance Monitoring: Supervise construction work, equipment installation, and quality control
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports, challenges, and solutions to management
• Technical Oversight: Ensure construction work adheres to technical specifications, standards, and design documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, contracts, and engineering within the mining industry
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong contract law knowledge and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of local and international construction regulations
• Proficiency in both Mongolian and English languages.

• Roster 14/14 on/off
